We have an exciting opportuniuty for a Field Service Specialist / Engineer who will provide professional technical support by visiting the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective and preventive maintenance in Brazil and in one second level in Latin America.

responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional technical support by visiting the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective
  • and preventive maintenance in Brazil and in one second level in Latin America.
  • Support regional and global customer hotline and provide 1st level support.
  • Support to increase the Service contracts coverage and business.
  • Support sales team for technical questions and aftermarket sales (e. g. upgrades business and new leads).
  • Regular customer contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Prepare service and expenses report professionally and in time.
  • Translate technical manuals and service procedures when needed.

Qualificações

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Tecnologist or Technical in Electrical, Electronic, Mecatronic Engineering,
  • Chemical/Material Sciences, equivalent military education.
  • More than 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Strong competency with complex systems technology to include electrical/electronics, mechanics, software
  • and chemistry technology.

Skills and knowledge requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to speak and write proficiently in Portuguese.
  • Advanced level to read, speak and write in English, Spanish is one differential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • High level technical hardware, software and network skills related to X-ray instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction is a big plus.
  • Self organized, oriented to deadline.
  • Availability to travel permanent.
  • National driver´s license
