• Execution of operational sub-process according to Team Lead directives
• Management of vendor master data and inbound documents
• Recording of PO and non-PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments
• Management of recurring entries (rent, lease…)
• Block/unblock invoices on request
• Generation and review payment proposals (scheduled, automated run)
• Process (manual) payments/ pre-payments
• Validation SOX controls
• Address vendor inquiries and handle disputes and exceptions
• Performance of PTP reconciliations and period end close activities
• Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate service incidents to Team Lead
• Assist in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metrics
• Build knowledge around particular activities
• Provide assistance to Sr. Specialists and Team Leads as required
• Perform other duties as required.

• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payables, Accounting work experience required
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Accounts Payable processes
• Graduate min.BSc. degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and oral English, German is a plus
• MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of SAP ERP, xSuite
• Prior experience with US GAAP will be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives
• Proven ability to evaluate situations to determine the importance, urgency, risks and then make clear and timely decisions
• Self-reliant with ability to escalate appropriately
• Strong organizational skills with open-minded approach and receptive to change
• Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, personal integrity, and professionalism.
